All members of the MSH team must share our passion for enabling children to express their intelligence, curiosity and wonder through the hundred languages.

Additionally, all staff members must pass our rigorous background check. Classroom teachers must also have a valid NY State certification, a Bachelors Degree in Early Education or related field of study, a deep understanding of the Reggio philosophy and meet or exceed requirements set forth by New York City DOH relating to Child Care.
